Consider using the mini fridge for snacks from local shops-it adds convenience and saves you from having to eat out all the time.

In general the stay was ok . Food was good . Not sure i will stay here again though . My cover sheet on my bed was dirty and had either blood spots on it or something red . Unfortunately i didnt notice till i got out of bed. I took a picture and showed front desk . East indian fella decided to give me 20 bucks off my room . I think i shld have been reimbursed for the entire one night stay . . Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

After a long day exploring, I found this hotel to be a refreshing stop. The staff was fantastic. They genuinely. My room was impeccably clean with all the right amenities. Loved the ample pillows and the refreshing bathroom products. Great for families, offering both comfort and convenience.

Room was comfortable

Bathroom was very tiny, food was average to below average. Seasonal pricing was too high.

Breakfast wasn't included but when i was doing booking it said it is included

The staff were super friendly! Loved the spacious room with a fridge and microwave for late snacks. The bathroom fan was pretty weak. A good stay 😊

The wash room is too small The flushing of the toilet makes too much noise.

The hotel was nice and clean and staff was friendly.

No lift to 1. floor and location is a bit scary if you are a traveler from Europe.

The scenery was amazing, with tall spruce forests everywhere. My husband and I especially enjoyed our adventurous hikes there, taking in the majestic views.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could have been improved. Having a consistent cleaning protocol would help tremendously for families with children.

The staff were lovely and the rooms were nice and clean. we liked the restaurant with very good prices and choices.

The beds are outdated I haven't slept in a double bed for many years. The toilets are a bit noisy and overall the bathroom is small.

The location was amazing, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, well-appointed hotel. The restaurant was great for breakfast, I tried warm dishes. I could use a microwave oven, an air conditioning and an iron with ironing board. The staff were approaching, great.

They served limited breakfast, it can be better.

The room with two queen beds was clean and stocked with all the essentials. Staff were friendly and cute. I appreciated the bathroom accessories, especially the soaps and lotions. The pillows were plentiful. One downside was the fan in the washroom that didn't work. I also wished there had been a complimentary breakfast option instead of just ordering food. The swimming pool was a letdown as it wasn't heated, rendering it unusable. One room smelled of smoke, and we were told none were available. A few minutes later, they found another room for us. The toilet needed maintenance due to being blocked. The positives was good.

The Hotel Management are horrible.

Best shower and most comfortable bed of our 9 day trip.

Walls were thin. Fair bit of plumbing noise during peak times.
